We are thrilled to announce that Crossroads Photography is hiring! After much thought, prayer, and consideration, we have decided to add an additional family photographer to our team. Since we are at maximum capacity with our workload, we can’t wait to train a new team member who can shoot, manage, and deliver their own family portrait sessions under the guidance and direction of Crossroads.
Applicants must be self-starters, motivated workers, and eager to learn. As an associate family photographer, you will communicate with clients, schedule, plan, and execute photo sessions, cull and edit images, upload galleries, deliver sneak peeks, and curate social media. Qualifications
An encouraging, positive attitude
Team player
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Timely at responding to all correspondence from team and clients, whether via text, email, or phone call
Passion for working with people and a love of children and families
Ability to execute a plan and stay extremely organized
Must be available to conduct photo sessions a minimum of 2 evenings per week
Willing to take on some occasional extra editing for other team members
Contracted position, starting pay around $15/hour with room to grow
Opportunity to manage your own hours
10-20 hours per week
Opportunity for growth and extra hours as your schedule allows
Unpaid training will begin in January and will last a duration of 20-50 hours, or as needed
